Why Do I Want to THRIVE to 150+?

So you want to know WHY? That's a great question! I have six (6) reasons, and a clarification...

  • #1 - I need more time to become a better person. Frankly, I feel like most of my life has been in preparation for "now." I'm just getting stuff figured out! I want at least another eight decades to put all these life lessons to work!
  • #2 - I want to live to see a better version of humanity. One where we've figured out how to truly respect each other, and put an end to wars and genocide. Perhaps I can help. I'm certainly going to try.
  • #3 - We lose the brightest minds and leaders too soon. Imagine how much more progress we could make as a species, if we helped our more advanced age visionaries and leaders happily continue working for an extra 10 or more years!
  • #4 - The gleaming futuristic city on the hill? You know the one that we see in so many science fiction movies? It's beckoning me. "Yes" to flying cars and space travel!
  • #5 - Radical Longevity is without question the BIGGEST thing that will ever happen to humans. It will "fix" and "enable" so many other limitations our species presently contends with. I want to contribute my learnings and experience from my journey, to make longer life the standard, rather than the exception.
  • #6 - And maybe even find an good alternative to eating animals! (No, I am not living under a rock and do understand the current option to be vegan.)

Clarification: You might wonder...do I fear death? Do I want to live long to escape death? Nope! I've had more than one near death experience. I think death is normal, and ultimately serves multiple good purposes. I also don't believe that my existence is defined by just one lifetime, or even one physical form. So for me, death is merely a portal, and nothing to be feared.
